Warranty

Every VARELTI piece is quality checked before shipment and supported after delivery.

Our limited warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects confirmed through inspection. If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing issue, contact us with your order number and clear photographs so our team can review it.

What May Be Covered

  • A loose or missing stone caused by an eligible setting defect;
  • A clasp or component that does not function correctly because of a manufacturing issue;
  • A structural defect present under normal intended use;
  • An item received with a workmanship issue not caused by wear or accidental damage.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear, scratches, tarnishing or gradual changes to plated finishes;
  • Damage caused by impact, bending, pulling, crushing, chemicals, water exposure or improper storage;
  • Lost items or lost stones where no manufacturing defect is established;
  • Incorrect sizing, personal preference or natural variation in gemstone appearance;
  • Alteration, resizing, repair or cleaning performed by a third party;
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the care instructions shown on the product page.

How to Request a Review

  1. Email service@varelti.com with your order number.
  2. Include clear photographs or video and a short description of the issue.
  3. Wait for our assessment and return instructions before sending the item.

If the issue is approved as an eligible manufacturing defect, VARELTI may repair, replace or provide another appropriate remedy based on the item and circumstances. Do not send jewelry to an address without prior authorization.

Care and Maintenance

Warranty coverage does not replace routine jewelry care. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising or using household chemicals. Store pieces separately and follow the care guidance listed on the individual product page.

Your Legal Rights

This limited warranty is provided in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region and does not exclude rights that cannot legally be limited.
